The former farmhouse of the 18th century was built with the typical stone walls. It is located wild romantic in midst of an absolutely quiet area of 4.5 ha with old stock of trees and olive plants on an altitude of 438 m over sea level.

The picturesque village Moncioni (AR) has a grocery store with coffee bar, the "Bottega di Moncioni", a post office and in the "Villa Sassolini" a very elegant restaurant and is only around 15 walking minutes away.

The distance to the next situated cities Montevarchi (railstation to Florence) and San Giovanni V.no is approx. 7 km. In both of the cities you find several restaurants, shopping facilities as well as the weekly held market. The favourable position within the triangle of the well-known culture cities Florence, Siena and Arezzo, that are only an hour's drive away and the popular wine region of the Chianti Classico as well as the gentle hills planted with silver shimmering olive trees of the upper Valdarno lie to your feet and invite you to delightful trips and sporty activities.
